This project concerns the construction of 2 new housing buildings.
Building package R + 11 comprising:
— a basement common to 2 buildings, basement consisting of individual cellars and reserve rooms for business premises,
— building 1 of 17 dwellings on the ground floor with an activity room,
— a building 2 of 29 dwellings on the ground floor with an activity room, a locker and premises.
Household waste.
Operation including external fitting-out work.
The contract will have to be based on a general environmental approach and meet the requirements of the Paris Climate Plan and the environmental certifications issued by Cerqual. The contract must therefore obtain Cerqual NF HQE Label Effinergie + certification.
