Description

The subject-matter of the basic contract is the execution of the project documentation and obtaining the administrative decisions required by law for the implementation of the investment, consisting of the extension of the right-of-coastal shaft of the Vistula river, carried out as part of the following tasks: ‘Extension of the right-hand flood shaft of the river Wisła on the section Jabłonna – Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki’ and under the right of option:
(1) preparing an application and obtaining a water-law assessment;
(2) preparation of an EIA report;
(3) the adjustment of investors’ pre-measurements and quotes to the revised phased breakdown, together with an update of the price level in the investor’s estimate,
(4) drawing up an opinion on the value of the properties to be taken over for the benefit of the State Treasury;
(5) copyright supervision of the execution of construction works.
