Description

On the basis of point 1 of the first sentence of Paragraph 5(2) of the Niedersächsisches Rescue Service Act (hereinafter ‘NRettDG’), the Landkreis Hildesheim intends to award service contracts to various service providers for the provision of emergency medical care in the public rescue service, as set out below. The contract is awarded for emergency medical care in the ambulance service area of the district of Hildesheim. The service consists of the provision of suitable emergency physicians for emergency rescue and, if necessary, patient transfers accompanied by a doctor within the meaning of Section 2(2)(1) of the NRettDG by means of a personnel assignment at a predetermined location. In the view of the client, this fulfils the requirements of a temporary employment contract subject to authorisation within the meaning of the Temporary Employment Act (Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz - AÜG).
