Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the conclusion of a framework contract for successive deliveries (sale including transport and unloading) of the following quantities of heating products:
(a) a total of 4 200 tonnes of coal,
(b) coke in a total quantity of 800 tonnes,
(C) a total of 400 tonnes of coal.
2. The place of delivery of the fuel ordered under the framework contract – the contracting authority’s warehouse, at the following address: Average Wieś 177, 38-604 Hoczew or/and warehouses located in the voivodships: Podkarpackie, Małopolskie, Śląskie, Dolnośląskie, Opolskie, Wielkopolskie, Lubelskie and Zachodniopomorskie.
3. The place of delivery, the type and quantity of the fuel will be specified each time by the Contracting Authority when placing the order under the framework contract.
7. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted separately for each of the following 9 lots:
(1) part 1 of nut coal up to 26 000 kJ/kg for 1 500 tonnes, nut charcoal over 26 000 kJ/kg in 500 tonnes, transport by car of up to 12 tonnes of fuel, transport of more than 12 tonnes by road,
(2) Part 2 nut charcoal up to 26 000 kJ/kg for 1 000 tonnes, nut nut charcoal above 26 000 kJ/kg in 500 tonnes, transport by car of up to 12 tonnes of fuel, transport by car of more than 12 tonnes,
(3) Part 3 of cube coal up to 26 000 kJ/kg for 50 tonnes, cube coal greater than 26 000 kJ/kg in 50 tonnes, motor transport of up to 12 tonnes of fuel, motor transport of more than 12 tonnes,
(4) part 4 of peas coal up to 26 000 kJ/kg in 300 tonnes, motor transport of up to 12 tonnes of fuel, transport by car of more than 12 tonnes of fuel,
(5) part 5 of EKO peas up to 26 000 kJ/kg 300 tonnes, motor transport of up to 12 tonnes of fuel, motor transport of more than 12 tonnes of fuel,
(6) part 6

Nut coke I ca. 27 000 kJ/kg in 100 tonnes, transport by car of up to 12 tonnes of fuel, transport by car of more than 12 tonnes of fuel,
(7) Part 7
Coke of thick gat. II approx. 27 000 kJ/kg at 200 tonnes,
Nut coke II ca. 27 000 kJ/kg in 100 tonnes, transport by car of up to 12 tonnes of fuel, transport by car of more than 12 tonnes of fuel,
(8) Part 8
Coal 19 000 kJ/kg 0.8 % sulphur in 50 tonnes,
Coal 20 000 kJ/kg 0.8 % sulphur of 100 tonnes,
Coal 21 000 kJ/kg 0.8 % sulphur in 50 tonnes,
Coal 22 000 kJ/kg 0.8 % sulphur of 50 tonnes, transport by car of up to 12 tonnes of fuel, and transport by car of more than 12 tonnes of fuel,
(9) Part 9
Coal 23 000 kJ/kg 0.8 % sulphur of 100 tonnes,
Has a carbon content of 25 000 kJ/kg 0.8 % sulphur of 50 tonnes. transport by car of up to 12 tonnes of fuel, and transport of more than 12 tonnes by car.
