The object of the procurement is products and accessories for the hair and beauty care sector for teaching purposes in the hair and beauty care sector at the Vantaa Vocational College Varia and for paid hair care jobs offered as student work in the school salon. All products offered must be of high quality and suitable for professional education and paid hairdressing services. The procurement is divided into six (6) different areas as follows: Component 1: Hairdressing and hairdressing accessories Sub-topic 2: Shampoos, care, styling, dyeing and permanent products Sub-topic 3: Hair Extension Accessories Sub-topic 4: Hand care products and accessories Sub-topic 5: Make-up products and accessories Sub-topic 6: Shaving products and accessories The offer can be submitted in one, several or all areas. Two (2) suppliers are selected for the framework agreement by sub-area. The same supplier can be selected as a contract supplier for several areas. The selected contract suppliers will be used in order of preference. The framework contract period is two (2) years. Thereafter, the contract may be extended for two (2) one (1) year option periods. The customer has the right to purchase from selected suppliers products that are not included in the product baskets, such as ecological hairdressing products, new hairdressing product series, products implemented in new innovative ways, machines, equipment and other products that may be needed for teaching and arranging teaching.
