Description

The assignment includes preparation of a concept evaluation (KVU) for Rogaland Theatre. The concept evaluation shall be prepared as a total delivery in accordance with the Ministry of Finance's scheme for quality assurance of major governmental investments. The evaluation shall be carried out in accordance with the prerequisites and the chapter structure for KS1 as stated in the Ministry of Finance's framework agreement dated 4.3.2011 on quality assurance of concept choices.
