Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy preparatów dezynfekcyjnych do Apteki Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Zespolonego w Kielcach. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz ilości zamawianego asortymentu określono w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - formularz asortymentowo-cenowy. Informacje w zakresie zasad realizacji dostawy, gwarancji oraz wynagrodzenia zawiera Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ - projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego oraz Załącznik nr 3a do SWZ - wzór umowy użyczenia dla Pakietu nr 9, 10, 16.
