Description

The object of this centralized acquisition consists in the purchase of Hardware type products by the NATIONAL OFFICE FOR CENTRALIZED ACQUISITIONS, on behalf and for the users mentioned in the specifications, Annex 2 - List of Users. Users = beneficiaries of the centralised framework agreement referred to in the Annex to the Tender Specifications - List of Users, who will conclude the subsequent contracts on the basis of the centralised framework agreement and its annexes concluded by the NACB on their behalf and for them. Additional information / Deadlines for submitting / replying to requests for clarifications : In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 21 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the NACB will send the consolidated reply to the requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
