The supply of cooling towers with a total cooling capacity of 25 MW, 2. Construction phase.
The client intends to build the 2. Construction phase of a district cooling centre in an existing building at the HKW Süd site in order to supply a district cooling network. This procurement covers cooling towers that ensure the recooling of waste heat from the compression and absorption chillers. The cooling towers are to be designed as hybrid cooling towers. The cooling towers must be designed in such a way that they can be positioned on a predetermined roof surface. The total cooling capacity is 25 MW. The cooling water must be cooled from 37°C to 27°C. Part of the scope of supply and services is the associated automatic slurry, water conditioning with biocide dosing, the insertion of the cooling towers by means of cranes (incl. crane position), the cabling of the cooling towers with the control cabinets (incl. control cabinet and cable tray construction) and the execution of a suitable cooling tower substructure.
