Description

The subject-matter of the contract shall include:
(a) the leasing of one 5-Diff haematological analyser with reticulocytes and equipment compatible with the KX 21N analyser (held by the Contracting Authority) over a 24-month period;
(b) successive deliveries of reagents, control materials and consumables to the analyser offered within 24 months;
(C) purchase, during the duration of the contract, of the external quality control programme RQ 9118B (cycles 41,42,43 and 44);
(D) delivery of a start-up package to launch the analyser and carry out the initial instructions and to train the staff designated by the Contracting Authority in the proper operation of the leased analyser;
(e) servicing services during the lease period of the subject-matter of the contract in accordance with the conditions laid down in the ToR.
The contractor may only offer devices which have been authorised for marketing and use in accordance with the requirements of the Medical Devices Act of 20.5.2010 (Journal of Laws 2010, No 107, item 679 as amended) and are intended for in vitro diagnostics.
