Description

The Customer (Contracting Party) wishes to order the services through the reservation system managed by the staff of the Service Provider (Contracting Party). Definition and description of basic services: Conventional and low-cost air tickets and related services, which are the totality of air travel and services directly related thereto. The service is described in these technical specifications and in the draft contract. Description of additional services: • processing of passenger data; • insurance-related administration, such as sickness, accident and luggage insurance; • administration of cancellation and cancellation insurance; • visa administration if required. The Service Provider (Tenderer) provides, among other things, on-call duty services that can be called 24 hours a day, every day of the year, in Hungarian, for the purpose of administering travel insurance. In the event of the conclusion of the cancellation insurance of air tickets, the Bidder shall provide the Service Provider with a refund of the percentage specified in its offer. The contracting authority is entitled to initiate orders up to a maximum amount of HUF 135 000 000. The contracting authority undertakes a call commitment up to the amount of the envelope.
