Description

1. The subject of the contract are services consisting in maintaining cleanliness in the city of Gdynia in District III. 2. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 1) manual cleaning of the city area and maintaining the cleanliness of monuments and memorial plaques; 2) operation of street baskets; 3) cleaning of traffic routes; 4) cleaning the elements of the Urban Identification System. 3. Division III covers works in areas in the following districts: Downtown and St. Peter's Hill Maximilian. - Mm-hmm. 4. The area of individual areas in Division III covered by current maintenance is: 1) areas cleaned by hand – 97,155ha; 2) traffic routes in the winter season - 54 692m2; 3) transport routes cleaned after the winter – 58 379 m2, 4) transport routes in the summer season – 58 379 m2 tunnel Wzgórze Św. Maximilian (area 2030m2); 5) the number of waste bins used in the area – 756 6) number of elements of the Urban Identification System (posts, boards, cartouches, directional pylons) – 50 pcs. 5. During the performance of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to have a permanent base of equipment equipped with means of ICT communication (telephone, internet), providing conditions for stationing people and equipment used to perform the subject of the contract. 6. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract, the conditions for its implementation and the Contractor's obligations are set out in the annexes to the invitation: 1) Annex A – Description of the subject-matter of the contract; 2) Annex 1A/III – material scope; 3) Annex 1B/III - overview map; 4) Annex 1C/III – reporting templates; 5) Annex 2/III – Unit price form; 6) Annex 7 - Draft provisions of the Agreement. 7.
