Description

Hammerfest municipality has decided to construct a new fire station at Storsvingen. The approved budget for the project is NOK 143,200,000 excluding VAT. The fire station shall be barracked and manned 24 hours a day. The gross area is approx. 4,100 m2, here the double-height areas in the wagon hall and the gymnasium are included. Ground work is expected to start in Autumn 2025, with completion and hand over the new fire station in May 2027. The competition also includes the development of technical infrastructure as well as a road for realising the fire station.
