Description

The contract provides for the provision of advice for the construction of a new heating centre (SMC). The plant is to be built on ‘bar field’ and there are requirements for the architectural expression of the new building. The building will be located on the old coal site, north of the Svanemølle Power Station. The volume of the building is given in advance, as well as the overall decor. The total construction cost is estimated at 1,250 MDKK. Resource costs (external and internal hourly costs) are not included in the construction cost. The advisory tasks (this call for tenders) concern technical advice and assistance at all stages, cf. HOFOR’s Project Model “PPL – Professional Project Management”. The advice is offered in the form of shared advice with responsibility for planning, in the case of both ‘usual advice’ and ‘resource deposits’, depending on the lot. HOFOR’s background for the provision of shared advice is that a Project Team with the best collaborators on the market is put together for the implementation of the project. In total, the advisory services are divided into 11 lots, each of which is offered as a stand-alone tender. This call for tenders covers only Building incl. architect. The building consultancy is carried out in accordance with FRI's Service Description for Construction and Landscape, 2018 with the changes and additions described in this document. Key persons for the Part-Agreement will be the Part-Project Manager and architect. The Adviser's Sub-Project Manager reports to the Project Manager throughout the term of the agreement, and one Sub-Project Manager is assumed for the Sub-Agreement. The architect refers to the subproject manager. During the phases of the project, from the construction programme, outline proposals, project proposals and the main project, the design and architecture of the building and associated facilities are processed from the overall framework to the details of the final phase of the main design. For further information and tasks and services, please refer to the Project, Task and Performance description attached to this invitation to tender.
