D-Erfurt: security services
Erfurt-Weimar airport is an international commercial airport. On an area of approximately 313 hectares, there are more than 30 companies with around 400 employees, while the airport company itself has about 107 employees.
Around 170 thousand passengers (approx. 7 thousand movements) are handled annually in a terminal area of approximately 5 430 m² and approximately 1700 parking spaces are available.
The subject of the present procurement procedure is the following public works on 365 days and 24 hours a day: Management of approx. 1700 parking spaces with the following main tasks: Parking fees and delivery to the WG, keeping a shift book, parking ticketing and devaluation, inspection of the car park, checking compliance with parking regulations and highway regulations, coordination and implementation of the winter service, checking and ensuring the smooth and correct functioning of the parking area, luggage wagon management.
And control and creation of the order and cleanliness of the entire public airport area, including car parks and car parks, maintenance of green spaces, maintenance of the recycling centre, checks on all public buildings (e.g. administrative buildings, Terminal B), inspection trips/passes in the public area of the fence installations, monitoring and monitoring of persons in the security area, and additional services at the request of the contracting authority (e.g. Boarding pass check).
The services are currently provided by six staff members of the contracting authority. In the event of a contract, the contractor is expected to take over 3 employees as part of a transfer of business from the point of view of the contracting authority in accordance with Section 613a of the Civil Code.
