The Public Employment Service intends to acquire: The agreement covers both proactive and reactive support as well as advice regarding the use of Microsoft's products (and strategies for use). The designated supplier is Microsoft Aktiebolag. 1. Technical support and escalation of support cases. In order to meet the Swedish Public Employment Service's need for minimal delays, the possibility of rapid escalation of cases and to ensure that all the Swedish Public Employment Service's reactive support cases are prioritised and run smoothly, the Swedish Public Employment Service needs direct contact with Microsoft's support technicians and a dedicated contact person at Microsoft with overall responsibility. 2. Self-evaluation and evaluation. In order to keep systems safe and reduce operational disruptions, Arbetsförmedlingen needs access to Microsoft's online services for self-assessment. The Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) requests the opportunity to conduct evaluations on Microsoft products, in order to ensure correct configuration of products and to detect security-related problems at an early stage for rapid action.
