Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist es, einen Dienstleister zu beauftragen, der eine mehrjährige Verkehrssicherheitskampagne für das Ministerium für Verkehr Baden-Württemberg konzipiert und durchführt. Hierbei sollen für gesetzte Schwerpunktgruppen und Schwerpunktthemen Kommunikationselemente entworfen und umgesetzt werden. Dabei gilt es die jeweiligen Zielgruppen und Belange zu identifizieren und praxisnahe, einfache Botschaften im Rahmen einer Kommunikationsstrategie zu vermitteln. Die Themensetzung der Kampagne wird mit dieser Ausschreibung für das erste zu bespielende Jahr festgelegt. Die weiteren Schwerpunktthemensetzungen werden nach Abstimmung festgelegt. Gleichzeitig sollen dabei flexible Nachbesserungen oder Fortführungen erfolgreicher Kampagnenelemente möglich bleiben.
