Description

The subject of the procurement is the procurement of Lappeenranta - Imatra regional transport in accordance with the invitation to tender and its appendices. The actual contract period is 1.7.2025 - 30.6.2026 without separate termination. The Customer reserves the right to extend the contract for a maximum of two (2) option periods of one (1) year (1 + 1). Separate decisions will be made on the use of the option periods and they will be notified to the Operator no later than 6 months before the end of the actual agreement period. Any stock option periods will be subject to the terms and conditions set out in this invitation to tender and its annexes. The parties to the agreement are required to cooperate, trust and interact openly in order to develop the functioning of the agreement. The operator is responsible for ensuring that the service it provides complies with legislation and official regulations and meets the specified requirements specified in this invitation to tender and its appendices.
