Description

This consultation concerns maintenance work, major repairs and restructuring of buildings and municipal sites in the city of Nancy. The services defined in the Special Administrative Provisions (SAC) and the Special Technical Provisions (STC) are divided into 16 lots. The award procedure is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. As such, a group of commissions was formed between the City of Nancy and the Communal Centre for Social Action of the City of Nancy. Contracts shall be drawn up in the form of single- or multi-awarded joint framework agreements, with maximum amounts, pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1° and R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, executed partly by the issue of order forms in accordance with Articles R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Code de la Commande Publique, and partly by the conclusion of subsequent contracts in accordance with Articles R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-9 of the Code de la commande Publique. Contracts shall be concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the date of their notification. Contracts shall be tacitly renewed until their end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period shall be 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, for all periods combined, is 4 years. The period of validity of tenders shall be 180 days from the final date for receipt of tenders. No variants are allowed.
