Description

El objeto del contrato es la prestación del servicio de asesoramiento fiscal y gestión tributaria de ACUAMED, con el fin de garantizar el adecuado cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias y contar con asistencia especializada en las cuestiones fiscales que puedan plantearse durante la ejecución del contrato. Las labores específicas a desarrollar, entre las que se incluyen la preparación y presentación de declaraciones tributarias, la resolución de consultas, la elaboración de informes y recursos, y la asistencia ante la Administración Tributaria, quedan definidas con precisión en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares (PPTP).
