Description

1. Scope of the contract: The subject of the contract includes the provision of services for the collection of green waste with code 20 02 01 from public properties located in the Municipality of Kraków, the area of districts XI, XII, XIII – task 2, collected in bags and Christmas trees and the transport of waste to the composting plant located in Krakow at ul. Krzemieniecka 40, as well as the purchase and delivery of bags for collecting green waste and receipt of branches according to the Ordering Party's instructions. 2. The detailed description of the conditions for the performance of the contract is contained in Annex 2 a – 2 c to the Invitation to Negotiation. 3. The place where the service is provided is the Municipality of Kraków – Districts XI, XII, XIII – Task 2.
