Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of a package of office software for 4 posts in 4 packages, as described in the siewz.
1. The technical/functional parameters specified in the ToR are the minimum requirements to be met by the Contracting Authority with the subject matter of the contract provided by the Contractor.
2. The contractor will deliver the subject matter of the contract by transport and at its own expense to the specified premises at the premises of the Contracting Authority at ul. Ligonia 46 in Katowice.
3. Delivery of the subject-matter of the contract will be confirmed by a transfer report. The handover and acceptance report signed by both parties ‘unqualified’ will form the basis for the Contractor to issue an invoice.
