Description

This is an invitation to a information meeting regarding Ski Swimming pool
Address: Thon Hotels, Jernbaneveien 8,Ski,
Date: Wednesday 26.9.2018 (12:30 - 14:00)
Ski and Oppegård municipality shall in the near future publish a partnering contract regarding the construction of a swimming facility. The facility shall be located at Langhus. Ski municipality shall implement the project.
Ski municipality wants to inform about the project and receive input from contractors prior to the tender contest.
The swimming pool is one of the biggest construction project that Ski municipality shall execute and the building will be an important building for Nordre Follo municipality.
A feasibility study and a draft project with client participation have been implemented.
The building shall i.a. contain the following:
— a 50 x 25 m swimming pool,
— 2 12,5 x 9 m swimming lesson pools,
— a 10 m high diving tower,
— 6 changing room facilities.
Facilities for operations and employees. The agenda of the meeting:
— a general presentation of the project by the Project manager Henrik Madsen,
— the procurement process, by the Head of the Procurement Department Ulla Listerud,
— input and questions from the contractors.
