Description

The content of the Assignment concerns the execution of care support within the framework of Protected Living. The procurement process focuses on the procurement of custom-made facilities. Protected housing is offered to residents who, due to psychiatric problems or a mild intellectual disability, whether or not in combination with psychosocial problems, addiction, delinquency, poverty, debt or housing problems, cannot survive without support from the municipality. This concerns only care in kind (and therefore not protected living through a personal budget). - Protected Housing Intramural, including daily activities; - Protected Housing Intramural, including daily activities for young adults aged 18 – 23; - Clustered Housing heavy, including daytime activities; - Clustered Living standard, including daily activities; - Protected at home, including daily activities; - Time-out facility. The total value of the framework agreement will never exceed EUR 140 426 040.30 over its entire duration.
