1. The subject of the contract is a service for the repair and maintenance of motor vehicles and similar equipment and similar services. 2. The requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ and other tender documents, which will be published on the website of the procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog. 3. The contracting authority provides for the right of option in the procedure in question in respect of tasks 1, 2, 3 and 5. The right of option means that the Ordering Party will definitely purchase the basic quantity. The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option several times, until the maximum quantity specified in § 2 sec. 2, but no later than 20.08.2025. The exercise of the option right by the Ordering Party after the above-mentioned date requires the Contractor's consent in written or documentary form.
