Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa w zakresie napraw i konserwacji pojazdów silnikowych i podobnego sprzętu oraz podobne usługi. 2. Wymogi, ilości oraz szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wyszczególniono w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ oraz pozostałej dokumentacji przetargowej, która zostanie zamieszczona na stronie internetowej prowadzonego postępowania https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog. 3. Zamawiający przewiduje prawo opcji w przedmiotowym postępowaniu w zakresie zadania nr 1, 2, 3 i 5. Prawo opcji oznacza, iż Zamawiający na pewno zakupi ilość podstawową. Zamawiający może skorzystać z prawa opcji wielokrotnie, do wyczerpania maksymalnej ilości określonej w § 2 ust. 2, nie później jednak niż do dnia 20.08.2025r. Skorzystanie z prawa opcji przez Zamawiającego po upływie ww. daty wymaga zgody Wykonawcy w formie pisemnej lub dokumentowej. Wykonawcy nie przysługuje wobec Zamawiającego roszczenie o realizację dostaw opcjonalnych.
