Description

In accordance with Section 131 of the Act, the subject of the Public Procurement Act is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one selected supplier for the provision of service inspections with technical maintenance, including the required revisions in periodic cycles (hereinafter referred to as "SP") and ordinary - out-of-warranty repairs (hereinafter referred to as "BO") for Polar GSH W-20 air heaters in modifications on Peugeot Boxer 2.2 Blue HDI L3 chassis, or on a two-axle purpose-built trailer. The framework agreement shall be concluded in accordance with the tender specifications and the tender of the selected contractor. Individual partial public service contracts (hereinafter referred to as "Sub-Public Contracts") will be awarded according to the current needs of the contracting authority according to the conditions set out in the Framework Agreement.
