The section of the municipal road BGS 1280 “Tsarevo – Lozenets” is in an emergency condition due to the destruction of the torrential rains on 5.9.2023, which caused a disastrous situation on the territory of the Southern Black Sea coast. The following problems are observed: • Compromised, destroyed and non-functional drainage; • Presence of damage to the road surface (referred asphalt flooring and banquets); • The integrity of the gauge has been compromised in places; • Road surface at the edges. The facilities show damage to the road surface and top structure, insufficient gauge, poor condition of the bridge space, overgrown gullies and lack of slopes of the gullies.
