Description

The subject of this contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of (1) a gas chromatography system with a tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (QQQ) for the determination of pesticide residues in water; a set consisting of a gas chromatograph with a mass detector (GC-MS) with a Purge & Trap (P&T) leaching and trapping attachment, intended for the determination of volatile organic compounds in water for human consumption and swimming pool waters; a set consisting of two separate compact ion chromatographs for the determination of anions and inorganic cations in water. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including technical requirements and main parameters, terms of delivery and installation, conditions of receipt, guarantees and required training of employees, as well as other requirements of the Ordering Party, contains a description of the subject of the contract constituting Annexes 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 to the FTZ - available on the website of the conducted procedure. The subject of the contract offered by the Contractor should be brand new, not previously used as a demo or exhibition, produced not earlier than indicated in the Description of the subject of the contract, must not be affected by any physical defect or any legal defect, in particular the rights of third parties. In addition, each of the 3 parts of the subject of the contract listed in paragraph. 2 must be delivered as a complete device (system, set) ready for use without the need for the Ordering Party to incur additional financial, organizational or technical expenditures. The delivered equipment must meet all the parameters and quality requirements declared by the Contractor in the submitted offer and specified by the Ordering Party in the Description of the subject of the contract. The Ordering Party shall make it possible to carry out an on-site inspection of the installation site before submitting a tender, within the time limit agreed with the Ordering Party.
