The contract will be concluded for a period of 24 months from the date of its signature. Applications for food products will be made to the selected contractor by the heads of the respective children's and social institutions on the territory of Rakitovo Municipality or officials authorized by them. The deliveries will be carried out free of charge at the warehouses of the children's and social institutions on the territory of Rakitovo Municipality, according to the technical proposal of the selected contractor. The deliveries of food products to the warehouses of children's and social institutions on the territory of Rakitovo municipality will be carried out on working days by groups of foods as follows: 1.bread – deliveries must be made daily on working days, at the latest by 8:00 every morning; 2. fruit and vegetables – deliveries to be made at least twice a week; 3.meat and meat products, fish – deliveries to be made at least once a week; 4.vegetable and fruit preserves, eggs – deliveries to be made at least once a week; 5.packaged food and spices – deliveries to be made at least once a week; 6.milk and milk products – deliveries to be made at least twice a week. Regular deliveries do not exclude the possibility of extraordinary deliveries, depending on the needs of children's and social institutions on the territory of Rakitovo Municipality. Upon delivery, the packaging must be intact; 3.Food products supplied must be labelled in Bulgarian, labels which mislead the consumer as to the products used, their nature, origin, identity, properties, composition, durability, method of production and use shall not be permitted; 4.The label must indicate the content referred to in Article 6(1) of the Regulation on the requirements for the labelling and presentation of foodstuffs and the labelling must have been carried out in accordance with Article 4(1a) of that Regulation; 5.The final date of consumption of the food products and/or the date of manufacture and the shelf-life of the products shall be clearly indicated on the label. The price of the offer shall be presented in BGN with VAT and without VAT and shall be written in figures and in words. The price of the tenderer's tender shall be final and shall include all costs incurred by the Contractor in making the delivery, including the price of the materials used, the work carried out and the costs of labour, machinery, energy, storage and the like, its profit, as well as all costs of accepting the delivery.
