Description

Doel van de overeenkomst is het beheer en onderhoud van het Ondergronds Afval Transportsysteem (OAT) in het stationsgebied van Arnhem Centraal, om de installatie in stand houden op het afgesproken kwaliteitsniveau en het functioneren te borgen. De OAT is een uniek systeem voor de inzameling van afval, specifiek op maat gemaakt. Het OAT beschikt over speciaal ontwikkelde software en zeer specifieke aansturing van de elektrotechniek en perslucht installatie. Deze installatie moet door een gespecialiseerde en ervaren leverancier worden beheerd en onderhouden. Een belangrijk onderdeel hiervan is 24/7 storingsafhandeling. De Opdracht omvat het beheer en Onderhoud van hele OAT. Grofweg gaat dit bestaat het OAT uit: Het beheer en onderhoud van een installatie met 2 cyclonen, één voor papier en één voor restafval. Drie pers-containers waarvan één reserve; drie motoren, buizenstelsel van c.a. 450 meter diameter 0,5 meter stalen van PE-coating voorziene leidingen; 7 inwerplocaties met totaal 23 inwerpopeningen.
