Description

Het proces van de nadere opdrachten binnen de overeenkomst wordt aangepast van €25.000,- naar een hogere drempel van €70.000,-. Oorspronkelijke artikel leidraad H1.2: 1.2 Proces Nadere Opdrachten Indien de Opdrachtgever een Opdracht wenst te verlenen binnen de Raamovereenkomst, is er sprake van een “Nadere Opdracht”. Voor elke Nadere Opdracht worden de te leveren producten uitgevraagd, waarbij de inhoud van deze Raamovereenkomst als basis dient. De selectie voor deze nadere opdrachten is afhankelijk van de geraamde opdrachtwaarde: - Een minicompetitie o.b.v. laagste prijs of prijs/kwaliteit voor opdrachten > €25.000,- - Een roulatiesysteem voor opdrachten < €25.000,-; deze worden één op één gegund.
