Description

The subject of the contract is insurance services under classes 1, 3, 13 and 17 in Annex 1 to the Royal Decree of 22.2.1991 laying down general rules on the supervision of insurance undertakings. This contract constitutes a service contract within the meaning of category 6 of Annex 2A to the Act of 15.6.2006 (CPV Code: 66510000-8). The contract relates to the coverage of schools organised by the French community in relation to civil liability and personal injuries (staff members and student students). In addition to the basic offer, tenderers are invited to submit 6 mandatory options. The mandatory options (equipment, accessories or additional services) provided for in these special specifications will be submitted by the tenderer, failing which his tender will be irregular.
