PL-Włocławek: credit granting services
The contract covers the granting and servicing of a long-term gold loan:
1. Granting and operating a long-term zloty loan to finance the planned deficit of the City of Włocławek in 2011.
2. Credit term of 9 years.
3. Amount of the loan – up to PLN 48 254 382,00.
4.Penalty on repayment of capital – until 29.11.2013
5. Monthly interest payment.
6. Loan base rate – WIBOR 1M; the interest rate for the loan is WIBOR 1M + m (the bank’s margin).
7. Time limit for making available funds:
— And tranche – 30.10.2011 – PLN 20 000 000,00,
Second tranche – 30.11.2011 – PLN 10 000 000,00,
3 rd tranche – 31.12.2011 – PLN 18 254 382,00.
8. The loan repayment dates are as follows:
— by 30.11 each year, in the following instalments:
—2013 – PLN 5 000 000,00,
—2014 – PLN 5 000 000,00,
—2015 – PLN 5 000 000,00,
—2016 – PLN 5 000 000,00,
—2017 – PLN 7 063 595,00,
—2018 – PLN 7 063 595,00,
—2019 – PLN 7 063 595,00,
—2020 – PLN 7 063 597,00.
With the possibility to negotiate during the term of the credit agreement the terms and amounts of the loan repayments.
9. Interest will be charged on the funds actually used. Funds not used should be available and included in the next tranche, without charging for unused appropriations. The placing of funds at the disposal of the Contracting Authority will not constitute a basis for charging interest.
