Description

Die Grundschule Kamminer Straße befindet sich im Hamburger Stadtteil Rahlstedt. Die Baumaßnahme umfasst einen dreigeschossigen Ersatzbau mit insgesamt 18 Klassen- und Fachklassenräumen zzgl. Nebenräumen. Die BGF des Gebäudes beträgt ca. 4.800 m². Die Baustelle ist über die Hermann-Balk-Straße unabhängig vom Schulbetrieb anfahrbar. Diese Zufahrt ist jedoch durch eine Tordurchfahrt und einen schützenswerten Baumbestand eingeschränkt nutzbar.
