Description

This public procurement is related to the execution of engineering – design and construction of the site and constitutes a consultancy service under Article 166(1) of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT) and related secondary legislation, as well as the fulfilment of the obligations of a coordinator for safety and health under Regulation №2 of 22 March 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work when carrying out construction and installation works, namely: Assessment of the conformity of the prepared investment project in accordance with Art. 142 of the Spatial Development Act; Implementation of construction supervision in accordance with Article 168 of the Spatial Development Act; Quality control of the delivered and used construction materials and products; Exercising control of the quantity and quality of the completed construction and assembly works; Monitoring and documenting all circumstances related to the construction. In order to carry out its duties, the Contractor shall submit interim progress reports to the Contracting Authority; Reporting on its activities through interim and final reports; Compliance with the obligations of a coordinator for safety and health under Ordinance №2 of 22 March 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work when carrying out construction and installation works. The performance of the above services is for the following construction site: ‘Reconstruction of a water pipeline on St. St. Cyril and St. Methodius Street, Pernik, Pernik Municipality’. A detailed description of all the activities envisaged can be found in the technical specification annexed to the documentation.
