HUS-yhtymän HUS Apteekki pyysi tarjousta CAR-T-soluterapiavalmisteista hankintakaudelle 1.1.2025 - 31.12.2025 sekä mahdolliselle yhden (1) vuoden optiokaudelle (1.1.2026-31.12.2026). Hankinnan kohteeseen kuuluvat aikuispotilaiden hoitoon tarkoitetut myyntiluvalliset CAR-T-soluterapiavalmisteet, joiden käyttöaiheena on A) uusiutuneen tai hoitoon reagoimattoman diffuusin suurisoluisen B-solulymfooman (DLBCL) hoito vähintään yhden systeemistä hoitoa sisältäneen hoitolinjan jälkeen ja/tai B) aikuispotilaat, joilla on uusiutunut tai hoitoresistentti follikulaarinen lymfooma (FL) ja jotka ovat saaneet vähintään kahdenlinjan systeemistä hoitoa. Hankinta koski myös lapsipotilaiden tai korkeintaan 25 vuoden ikäisten nuorten aikuispotilaiden hoitoon tarkoitettuja myyntiluvallisia CAR-T-soluterapiavalmisteita, joiden käyttöaiheena on B-solulinjan akuutti lymfoblastinen leukemia (ALL), joka on hoitoresistentti, tai relapsissa transplantaation jälkeen, tai on toisessa tai sitä myöhäisemmässä relapsissa. Hankintarenkaaseen kuuluvat HUS-yhtymä (HUS), Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue, Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue ja Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialue.
