Description

Ministrstvo bo s tem projektom zagotovilo ustrezno strokovno podporo pri pripravi DCPS. Projekt se deli na tri sklope, pri čemer mora izvajalec vsakega posameznega sklopa zagotoviti tekoče in proaktivno sodelovanje z izvajalcema drugih dveh sklopov. Javno naročilo se s tem naročilom oddaja za: Sklop 1: Strokovna vsebinska in tehnična podpora pri izdelavi DCPS in Sklop 3: Izvedba celovite presoje vplivov na okolje in izdelava okoljskega poročila za DCPS ter akcijski načrt DCPS (za namen objave je označen kot sklop 2). Sklop 2 bo naročnik oddal kot izločen sklop na podlagi 5. odstavka 73. člena Zakona o javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS št. 91/15 – ZJN-3 in 14/18, 121/21, 10/22, 74/22 – odl. US, 100/22 – ZNUZSZ, 28/23 in 88/23 – ZOPNN-F).
