The performance of the contract has given rise to the need for additional works not included in the original tender specifications, the need for which arose as a result of objectively unforeseen circumstances and those additional works are necessary to enable the original works to be carried out. According to the Project Documentation for Construction (DPS), the function of the lights originally used to explain the object according to the original 1966 documentation is to be restored within building A. The subsequent refurbishment of the roof of Object A overlayed the gradient of concrete rooflights with a wooden structure and new thermal insulation and roof films were laid out throughout the area. The Construction Technical Survey (STP) demonstrates potential technical problems in reconstruction. In this case, the corresponding scope of the STP was implemented for the preparation of the design documentation for the execution of the construction work. With functional covered structures of the roof of the object, it was not possible to perform the exact targeting of the newly designed structures. In order to focus the new structure of the light, it would be necessary to cover the complete composition of the roof covering (cutting of the roof film, thermal insulation dismantling, dismantling of the wood-bearing structure and decommissioning of the original gradient structures) and the area of the lights to be completely encircled, bringing the roof light into the used building from the time of processing the STP to the time of construction. In the course of the implementation of building A during the course of 03/2014, the cutting work (cutting of glass fillings and removal of the roof envelope) found that the roof light in pavilion A is not true. This was confirmed by the geodetic focus of the covered structures during the preparatory work for the implementation of new steel track lights. This has an impact on the design, processing and supply of new skylight structures. At the time of the DPS, the original monolithic design of the lights was covered by the roof of the reconstructed roof and it was therefore not possible to target it precisely, which the investor sees objective unpredictability. The DPS processor thus relied on the original documentation of 1966, which shows that the original lights should have been made unambiguously rectangular. The addition of construction works to that extent in TLZ No 6 is strictly necessary for the completion of the construction.
