Description

This contract is a framework agreement with multi-awardee purchase orders for the provision of urban cleanliness services, maintenance and management of public spaces, roads, green spaces and health interventions in the territory of the Commune of Saint-Paul. SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS OF LOT 4: Lot 4 is subject to a minimum capacity requirement. The applicant must provide a copy of the declaration receipt for the activity of collecting or transporting waste SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS OF LOT 5: Lot 5 is subject to a minimum capacity requirement. The applicant must provide a copy of the authorisation/training certificate required for the use of biocidal products (Certibiocide type or equivalent depending on the product used and the applicable regulatory framework) SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS OF LOT 6: Lot 6 is a contract reserved for adapted enterprises (AEs), establishments and work support services (ESATs) or structures for integration through economic activity (SIAEs), or equivalent structures. The estimated values indicated in this opinion take into account the total duration of the framework agreement, i.e. a maximum period of 48 months. The starting date of the services indicated in this notice is given as an indication. The effective start date starts from the notification
