Description

1. The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity to the buildings of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce: Centre for Enterprise and Business and Management and Administration, Kielce, ul. Świętokrzyska 21, within the meaning of the Energy Law Act (Journal U. of 2006 No 81, item 615 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the sale of electricity, in the planned quantity: transformer and distribution station 15/0.4 kV No 535 WSP-1 Kielce ul. Świętokrzyska 21, estimated electricity demand for the contract period of approximately 2 400 MWh (one year – 1 350 MWh), tariff group Bix B23, connection group III, connection capacity 850 kW, contractual capacity 300 Kw, from the date of connection 1.1.2014. (deadline).
2. The quantities referred to in paragraph 1 are estimated quantities to determine the value of the contract and the price. They shall not reflect the actual or declared use of energy during the term of the contract and shall in no case give rise to any claim by the contractor. The contracting authority reserves the possibility of reducing the amount of electricity procured. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the volume of electricity supply specified above, provided that the total volume of the contract does not exceed 1 350 MWh per year.
3. Electricity should meet technical parameters in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act and its implementing regulations and the Polish Standards.
4. It is the contractor’s responsibility to carry out the procedure for changing the energy seller on behalf of the procurer, for buildings: Department of Administration and Management, Institute of Economics, Institute of Politology, Technical Unit located at ul. Świętokrzyska 21 in Kielce.
