Description

Planungsarbeiten für Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung nach § 53 ff HOAI für den Neubau von 286 Unterkünften in der Bayerwaldkaserne Regen. Es handelt sich dabei um drei 3-geschossige freistehende Unterkunftsgebäude mit den Nummern 4, 5 und 6.
Die Neubaugebäude 4, 5 und 6 sind mit 90 Wohneinheiten identisch.
Vor Beginn der Neubauten werden 2 von 3 Bestandsgebäuden rückgebaut. Nach Fertigstellung der drei Neubauten wird das letzte Bestandsgebäuderückgebaut.
Beauftragung der Leistungsphase 2 (Vorplanung in EW-Bau-Qualität), nach Bestätigung der Leistung Weiterbeauftragung der Leistungsphase 3 (EW-Bau) und optional 5, 6, 7, 8 und 9 gemäß HOAI.
Besondere Leistungen: Betriebskostenberechnung, Dimensionsüberprüfung FW-Leitung Bestand, Hydr .Abgleich FW-Anschluss.
Kostenobergrenze der Baumaßnahme: Kostengruppen nach DIN 276/1 KG 200 – 600, 16.986.000 EUR brutto(einschl. MwSt.).
