The works contract ‘Execution of sewerage networks in Sirna Agglomeration and Burchii Poienarii Agglomeration’ includes: Object 1 - Execution of sewerage network in Sirna commune Sub-object 1.1 – Establishment of household sewerage network in Sirna commune with a length of L = 18.247 ml; Sub-object 1.2 Wastewater pumping stations (10 SPAU and related discharge pipes) Objective 2 - Execution of sewerage network in Poienarii Burchii commune Sub-object 2.1 Establishment of household sewerage network with a length of L= 18726 ml; Sub-object 2.2 Wastewater pumping stations (16 SPAU) Sub-object 2.3 Wastewater discharge pipes with a length of L= 6,806 ml The value of the contract includes provisioned amounts of 804,000 lei, but does not include miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses. The provisioned amounts will be highlighted at the level of the price lists that will accompany the financial proposal form in the nominal fixed amount, unchangeable, in the version given by the Contracting Entity. The number of days until which interested economic operators can request clarifications before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates is 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity shall respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications / additional information 10 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders for requests for clarifications submitted 19 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. Any reference in this tender documentation (including these specifications) to a particular origin, source, production, special process, trademark, patent and/or manufacturing license, standard, authorisation/certification/attestation, service or requirement shall be read and interpreted as accompanied by the words ‘or equivalent’.
