Description

Für die Sanierung und Herrichtung von Flächen für das Bezirksamt Berlin Pankow in der Fröbelstraße 17 in 10405 Berlin ist folgendes geplant:
In dieser Maßnahme wird die Erneuerung der Dacheindeckung an den sanierungsbedürftigen Gebäuden umgesetzt.
— 3 500 m2 2-lagige Flachdacheindichtung aus Bitumenbahnen, incl. Abriss Bestand,
— Erneuerung Dacheinbauteile und Zinkblechbauteile nach Erfordernis,
— Ca. 15 m3 Schornsteinköpfe erneuern,
— Schwammsanierung der Dachkonstruktion bei Haus 6 (Wert ca. 40 000 EUR netto),
— Dämmung oberste Geschossdecke, ca. 5 000 m2,
— Ca. 4 800 m Fensterbank- und Gesimsabdeckungen aus Schiefer.
