Any activities necessary to restore the efficiency of the vehicle, beyond the scope of maintenance and assortment/spare parts qualified during the diagnosis of the vehicle for replacement or repair, will be included in the cost estimate of repair - maintenance up to 2 working days. 2) ongoing repair, which should be understood as diagnostics and replacement of damaged mechanical and electrical parts as a result of a failure that occurred during the use of the vehicle, as well as checking the correct operation of priority signaling and filling the car air conditioning (replenishment of the refrigerant R134a, R1234yf in its installation) - ongoing repairs up to 7 working days. 4. The list of company vehicles covered by the service in question forms an integral part of the contract – Annex No 5.1-5.5 to the FTZ. (for parts 1-5) 5. Detailed requirements regarding the manner of order execution, payment terms and rules and other legal regulations are contained in the Draft Agreement - Annex 6 to the FTZ. 6. The contracting authority requires the contractor to have, during the performance of the contract, a valid civil liability insurance policy for the amount of at least PLN 100,000.00 related to the subject of the contract. On the day of signing the contract, the Contractor is obliged to submit the above-mentioned policy. The contractor must perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the FTZ and its annexes.
