The following functions are an integral part of the tender:
a.- continuously maintain, update and innovate the provincial part of the Groningen tourism website;
— in cooperation with www.hetverhaalvangroningen.nl, developing and implementing a strategy to provide related tourism and relevant cultural information on Groningen,
— preparation and distribution of the Groningen Digital Tourism Newsletter on a monthly basis,
— continuously maintain and update the tourism database Groningen.
b.Operation and updating of the provincial part of the Groninger Uitburo, including website and shop;
c.Information to recreators, tourists and media and activities aimed at obtaining free publicity;
d.Annual production and distribution of the provincial part of the Groninger VV-magazine;
e.Provincial coordination and coordination of tourist promotion activities in Groningen;
f. drawing up and implementing a cycling promotion plan.
