Description

Das Jagdschloss Stern (1730 bis 1732), ältester erhaltener Schlossbau Potsdams, liegt am westlichen Rand des Stadtteils Babelsberg. Es ist umgeben von dem Kastellanhaus, weiteren Nebengebäuden und dem als Pferdestall errichteten Hauptmannhaus und bildet mit dem sternförmig angelegten Wegesystem ein historisch bedeutsames Ensemble. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Vergabe der Planungsleistungen gem. HOAI § 34, LP 2 bis 9 zur Sanierung und Modernisierung des Kastellanhauses inkl. der nahegelegenen Nebengebäude Schafstall, Schuppen und Pavillon als 1. Realisierungsabschnitt (vgl. Abschnitt 5.1). Dem historischen Vorbild folgend soll eine gastronomische Nutzung etabliert werden, um den Standort für Besucher und Anwohner wieder attraktiv zu machen.
