Description

The scope of the public procurement provides for the supply of new unused municipal equipment for the needs of the Municipality of Dulovo, the accompanying services for warranty maintenance, within the warranty period offered by the participant and training of operators designated by the Contracting Authority. For Lot 1, the delivery of 1 (one) new unused sweeper with attachments - sweeper, and the accompanying warranty maintenance services, within the warranty period offered by the participant and training of operators specified by the Contracting Authority, is included; For Lot 2, delivery of 1 new, unused special multifunctional loader, complete with: sweeper, vacuum sucker with garbage hopper and lawn mower, and the accompanying warranty maintenance services, within the warranty period offered by the participant and training of operators designated by the Contracting Authority. By warranty maintenance is meant the removal of defects at the expense of the Contractor during the warranty period within the warranty liability. The supply and replacement of consumables for periodic technical services are not included in the scope of this procurement and are not the responsibility of the contractor. The registration in the CCI will be made by and at the expense of the Assignor and is not a commitment of the Contractor.
