Description

The funds of the University of Helsinki (‘the subscriber’) invite applications to participate in the tendering procedure for the main contractor for the renovation of the main building of the University of Helsinki.
The renovation of the main building at Unioninkatu 34 (Fabianin Streettu 33) will take the form of a project alliance, in which the alliance is responsible for the planning and implementation of the project and for the 5-year post-clearance phase obligations.
The project will be implemented in stages; step 1 and step 2, where phase 2 is included in the project as an option. The details of the phase-out are described in section II.2.4.
Questions must be sent from the Tender Service Supplier Portal by 16:00 on 05/12/2017. You can also find the answers to the questions in the same place.
The subscriber will organise an info event open to all on 30 November 2017 at 14:30. The event will take place in the Porthania (Uliopistonkatu 3, Helsinki) room PIII.
