Description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of pastes, powders, films and other materials for dactloscopy and throeology for the purposes of the Małopolskie Province Police in accordance with the breakdown indicated in Chapter IV of the ToR.
2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the Specifications of the Relevant Conditions of the Contract.
3. The size of the order is set out in Annex 2 to the contract, the price form.
4. Deliveries will be made to the Magazine of the Material and Technical Management Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters, located in the city of Kraków (ul. Mogilska 109).
5. The length of the guarantee period for:
(a) Tasks No 1 to 4 and Task No 6 not less than 6 months from each delivery.
(b) Task No 5 not less than 6 months from each delivery, with the exception of dactyloscopic films, which are covered by the 5-year guarantee period.
