1. The contract is divided into 10 lots as described below. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The contractor may submit a tender for one or more parts of the procedure. It is required to submit a tender for the entire subject of the contract in a given part of the procedure. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the quantity of the ordered assortment is described in Annex 1 to the SWZ (offer form) and in Annex 1 to the Draft provisions of the contract separately for each part of the procedure. The Ordering Party requires to offer an assortment that meets all the requirements described in the above-mentioned annexes. The method of performance of the contract is described in the Draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex No. 2 to this SWZ. 3. The contract will be concluded for a period of 6 months from the date of its conclusion or until the funds provided for the implementation of the contract are exhausted. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the subject of the contract, which will be delivered successively, within 21 working days from the moment of placing the partial order. 4. The contracting authority in the procedure in question does not require the submission of a security and a security for the proper performance of the contract. 5.
